Marty Strong — Portfolio Manager, Corporate CEO and Author

Seven days a week, Marty wakes up around 5:15AM, grabs a cup of coffee and turns on his computer. For the next hour or so he writes between 400 and 500 words. Around 6:30AM he starts his morning workout. An hour later, he hits the shower. During the work week he heads out around 8:15AM and is at his desk by 8:30AM where he performs his role as CEO and Chief Strategy Officer for the LGS Management Group, Inc., a Virginia Beach based holding company consisting of two businesses and 600 employees scattered over 21 states.

Since 2017 Marty has finished and published eight novels and is currently working on number nine. All proceeds of his novels are donated to the SEAL Veteran’s Foundation. On January 1, 2022, Marty published his first business leadership book and book two in this series is scheduled for release in December 2022.

To say Marty is focused, self-disciplined and methodical is stating the obvious. His journey from Navy SEAL to portfolio manager, to Chief Executive Officer and author is one of determination and a relentless drive. At every stage, Marty sought to understand the world around him, becoming a student of human nature while applying lessons learned in the teams.
